Edinburgh's revitalised waterfront area is set to host the third year of the half marathon, which is growing in popularity every year. The 2008 event takes place on Sunday 16 March at 9am.
The run will start at Cramond and end in Musselburgh. A new course for a new year. There is also the added option of a relay race if the full 13.1 miles is too much for you.
Event organisers are hoping for at least 4000 runners this year and are confident of attracting 10,000 entries within the first 5 years.
If you have a place in the half marathon, why not make your run extra special by raising money for Alzheimer Scotland? We will provide you with sponsor forms, fundraising tips and a t-shirt or vest to wear on the day.
There will be lots of activities on the day too so family members will be entertained while you run!
