Alzheimer Scotland: influencing public policies
Alzheimer Scotland issues policy briefings and responds to Government and Parliamentary consultations in order to:
- represent the views and interests of people with dementia and their carers to policy makers
- influence public policies which have an impact on the lives of people with dementia and their carers
- promote the need for high quality services for people with dementia and their carers.
We welcome the views of people with dementia and their carers in informing our policy briefings and responses to consultations. If you would like to be kept informed about our policy work subscribe to our 'Policy action-alert' list below.
