Services:
- Dementia Resource Worker will visit carers in their own homes to provide support, information and advice
- carers can, if desired, arrange an appointment at their nearest Outreach Surgery or can visit the Angus office
- Montrose outreach surgery, first Monday of every month from 2 - 4pm, Links Health Centre, Marine Avenue, Montrose
- Monifieth outreach surgery, second Friday of every month 2 - 4pm, The Health Centre, Victoria Street, Monifieth
- Kirriemuir outreach surgery, last Thursday of every month 2 - 4pm, Health Centre, Tannage Brae, Kirriemuir
- A Drop-in Centre provides an opportunity for people with dementia and their carers to be supported together.
- Drop-ins are held every Friday in Panbride Church Hall, Arbroath Road, Carnoustie between 11am and 2pm and in Forfar every Tuesday from 2 – 4 p.m at Brander Ha’ Sheltered Housing Complex Lounge, East High Street, Forfar
- Arbroath support group, first Saturday of every month from 2pm to 3.30pm at Seaton Grove Residential Home, Seaton Road, Arbroath
- Forfar support group, first Monday of every month from 7.30pm to 9pm at Forfar Day Care Centre, Lour Road, Forfar
