Other information:
Four memory clinic link workers are employed by Alzheimer Scotland and are co-located with the Community Mental Health Teams acros the region. Their role is to offer advice to people who have been recently diagnosed, or are in the process of being diagnosed, with dementia and to their carers. This service specialises in helping people in the early stages.
