Langholm Branch

Currently we are trying to help people with dementia and their carers by:

• raising public awareness of dementia illnesses and their effects
• providing information on dementia
• signposting people to appropriate help
• fundraising to provide practical assistance
• working with others to improve local services and resources
• providing opportunities for people to comment on their needs and on the services required to meet them

Other information:

Membership of Langholm Branch is open to Alzheimer Scotland members living in the Dumfries and Galloway area. We are particularly keen to include people with dementia and their carers. We welcome anyone with an interest to attend our meetings.
