Join us for the Forth Bridge Abseil for this heart pounding challenge. Experience the thrill of descending 165ft from the Forth Rail Bridge at South Queensferry.

We have very limited places so please don’t hesitate to sign up if you are interested in taking part. Once you have signed up, we will be in touch to support and guide you through fundraising, and to organise a free purple Alzscot t-shirt for you to wear on the day.

- You must be under 114kg (18 stone) to make part in this event.
- Min height – 140cm | Max height 200cm
- Max waist – 120cm
- Max thigh – 75cm
Note – there are 6 flights of stairs to access the abseil point
