What we offer
Keeping physically active is key to reducing falls and supporting people to remain independent at home.
We have developed a new weekly club with a rolling programme of activities to keep people with dementia physically well and provide an opportunity to meet with friends in a relaxed environment.
Our 'Thrive:Active minds & bodies' group is postponed at present, however we are able to offer a variety of support and groups digitally. Please contact the office by phone or email for details. Thank you
