Nikki Lorimer, Alzheimer Scotland's Associate Executive Lead will be joined by 4 Post Diagnostic Support Link Workers who will be talking about how they deliver each Pillar of the 5 Pillar Model. There will also be some carers at the session talking about what the support has meant to both them and the person they are caring for.
This webinar is aimed at health and social care professional, people with dementia and their carers and families and Post Diagnostic Support Link Workers.
