Scottish Dementia Informatics Partnership will be presenting the findings of a recent research survey on Thursday 13 August.

Researchers from the Edinburgh Centre for Dementia Prevention were interested in finding out what members of the public thought about dementia research. This included knowing whether people had taken part in research, who they would get in touch with if they wanted to take part, and what type of studies they thought were important.

The researchers ran a survey prepared by the Scottish Dementia Informatics Partnership in June, and a series of workshops to investigate. They will be presenting their findings on Thursday 13th August 2020 between 2-3pm via a digital link and will host a discussion afterwards, addressing questions from the audience. This presentation is free to access and open to everyone and we are inviting anyone with an interest to join in, hear the findings and a participate in the discussion.
