Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Alzheimer Scotland

We could not exist without the help of hundreds of volunteers all over Scotland. Our volunteers receive training and support, and we pay expenses.

Do you have a dog that just loves people?

Interested in some free dog training?

Volunteers are needed for a wonderful new social event that brings the joy of dogs together with people living with a diagnosis of dementia.

Training will take place in October. The training sessions will be an hour long, once a week for 8 weeks with both owner and dog in attendance.

In the new year the dog days will begin and you will be asked to come along for one afternoon per month with your dog.

If this is something you think you and your dog can committ to then please get in touch for more information.
