During these uncertain times it is essential that you look after your health and wellbeing, while following the guidance set out by the Government and the NHS around social distancing and self-isolation. Therefore please ensure while taking part in a virtual challenge you are doing so alone and in a quiet area. This is especially important if you care for someone living with dementia or other vulnerable people. Check for the latest information here: gov.uk/coronavirus. If you become injured during your virtual challenge please cease from the activity and seek medical advice.
