Willy lives in Edinburgh, and in 2021, was diagnosed with early-stage Alzheimer’s disease. This is his personal journey of adapting to living with dementia.

Selkirk Memory Café

Held on the first and third Tuesday of each month, 2pm-3.30pm

Peebles Memory Café.  Held fortnightly on a Thursday from 2.30pm-4.30pm

Alzheimer Scotland 'Time for You' fund was developed to allow carers to apply for grants to pay for short breaks, gym memberships and hobbies. Read some of the stories shared with us.
