At Alzheimer Scotland, people are at the heart of everything we do. Whether through our community groups, fundraising activities or our 24 hour Freephone Dementia Helpline, we know that our community is our strength.

Let's talk about keeping connected.

Memory Walk

Scotland's Memory Walk is back!

Over the weekend of 18-19 September 2021 we'll be uniting across the country to walk in memory and honour of loved one's living with dementia in Scotland.

This year it's your walk, your route, your way.

Choose somewhere that has a special meaning for you at a time that suits you over the weekend. The distance doesn’t matter, whether it’s 1km, 5km or 500km. It might even be a lap of the garden.

Wherever you choose to walk, we promise every penny raised stays in Scotland.

V&A

"Night Fever"

We were delighted to offer a sneak preview of the UK’s first Virtual Resource Centre on Wednesday. This on online space will provide all of the offerings of a Dementia Resource Centre in the comfort of your own home including access to our groups and activities. To celebrate, our VRC live-streamed the "Night Fever" exhibition from the V&A Dundee.

Thank you to the V&A for helping us keep connected digitally over the pandemic, facilitating these fantastic digital tours of the exhibits.
