Come along on the third Wednesday of every month and get lost in creativity. Every month is a new theme. For people living with dementia.

A monthly music group for people living with dementia. Lora Macleod is a wonderful musician who plays her guitar while you sing along to some amazing tunes.

Alzheimer Scotland has teamed up with Brodies LLP to support people with dementia, their carers and families through our ‘Ask the Expert’ legal clinics. Book a free 15 min virtual slot with Brodies. 

For people under 65 with dementia and their carers, the afternoon will start with a 45-minute health walk with Sport Aberdeen. There will then be the chance to chat with others over some teas, coffees, cakes and a music quiz!

How do we keep our brain healthy? Take the brain health quiz, try some of healthy refreshments, take exercise, reduce risks, eat well, sleep well and stay connected (Suitable for adults and children).

Come along and have a chat with the team from Alzheimer Scotland Moray. We will be there from 2-4pm with information about dementia and hints and tips on how to keep your brain healthy.

Come along to the carers support group to chat to other carers and the Dementia Advisor whilst your cared for can enjoy an activity session with our Activities Organiser in another room in the community centre.
