The Brain Health Learning Centre (BHLC) offers a modern, flexible environment for meetings, workshops, and events. Our facilities are available Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.00pm, within the Alzheimer Scotland National Centre at:

The Centre benefits from excellent transport links, with train, tram, and bus routes nearby, and is conveniently located for Edinburgh Airport.

Alzheimer Scotland is Scotland’s national dementia charity. We welcome any organisations who share our mission to make sure nobody faces dementia alone and promote proactive brain health to reduce dementia risk. 

Learning centre hire

Our two spacious, well-equipped learning rooms are ideal for workshops, study days, staff training, and larger events. Each space offers:

• Highspeed WiFi
• Large display screen
• Integrated speakers
• Flip charts
• Hybrid meeting capability

Hire of the Learning Centre also includes access to an additional meeting room, perfect for breakout activities or lunch service.

Capacity:

• 50 people – theatre style
• 30 people – cabaret style

Catering:

• Tea, coffee, and water included

Cost:

• £500 per day

Meeting room hire

Our bright and comfortable meeting room is ideally suited to smaller meetings, interviews, and focused discussions.

Facilities:

• Suitable for up to 8 people
• Please note: IT equipment is not included with this room

Catering:

• Tea, coffee, and water included

Cost:

• £35 per hour (minimum 2 hour hire)
• £200 per day
