Herbert Protocol Survey – for people at risk of going missing

Police Scotland are keen to hear your views on the Herbert Protocol form and how it may be digitised. This important form gathers vital information that can help the police in the event of a person with dementia going missing.  Alzheimer Scotland recommends a Herbert Protocol form is completed and kept in a safe place, as a safeguard should a missing event ever occur.
