What we offer
We offer 1-to-1 support for younger people living with dementia (under the age of 65).
Our Support Workers spend time with Younger People Living with Dementia, people with dementia, either at home or on outings. They offer companionship, emotional and social support and practical assistance with pursuing interests and activities. This service allows family carers regular breaks from their caring responsibilities.
