Worried about your memory of caring for someone with Dementia?
The Forget Me Not Café is a friendly, supportive meeting place for anyone affected by dementia to socialise, share stories, and enjoy a cuppa with others on a similar journey.
Held on the first Thursday of every month, from 2.30pm to 4pm in partnership with Cyrenian OPAL Borders and Eildon Group.
