Our Memory Cafes provide a meeting place that gives people with dementia and their carers a chance to meet others in a similar situation.
Our Dementia Advisor is on hand, if you would like to get information and advice about dementia.
Held every second and fourth Wednesday of the month, from 1:00pm to 2:30pm.
