A UK first, the Outdoor Dementia Resource Centre enables people living with dementia and their family and carers to experience the mental and physical benefits of spending time outdoors. Read all about our official launch event here

We provide a range of dementia friendly outdoor activities, including cycling, gardening, walking, arts and crafts, and interactive nature education.

Watch the Trail Camera footage below where wildlife was filmed in the forest around Badaguish near Aviemore. Our participants, staff & volunteers chose locations to site our Trail Camera and laid bait to attract wildlife. A fascinating and rewarding way of connecting with nature!
