About our Helpline
Since 1989, our Dementia Helpline has provided emotional support, information and signposting to thousands of people living with dementia, their partners, family and friends. Our Helpline is delivered by a
dedicated team of highly skilled volunteers who understand the nature and experience of dementia.
Volunteers on the Helpline can provide information right away if you have any questions or concerns, as well as send out free information to carers, family members or people with dementia.
Our 24 hour Dementia Helpline is confidential, and you don’t have to give your name if you would prefer not to.
